Electrician
Key Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems and solar panels.
- Conduct site assessments to determine the best locations for solar panel installation.
- Connect solar panels to electrical systems, ensuring compliance with safety standards and regulations.
- Troubleshoot electrical issues and provide solutions to ensure optimal performance.
- Work closely with other team members to complete projects on time and within budget.
- Ensure that all work is performed in accordance with company standards and local electrical codes.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Electrician, preferably with solar panel installation experience.
- Strong understanding of electrical systems, including wiring, circuit breakers, and transformers.
- Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams and blueprints.
- Good physical condition and the ability to lift heavy equipment.
General Helper
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist skilled workers, such as electricians, welders, and carpenters, with their tasks.
- Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment at the project site.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including sweeping, collecting debris, and disposing of waste properly.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a general laborer or helper is preferred but not required.
- Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
- Physical stamina and strength to perform manual labor tasks.
- Basic understanding of safety procedures and commitment to maintaining a safe workplace.
- Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
